If you like peanut butter, brownies and chocolate, these are going to be your new favourite:
1 batch brownies
1/2 cup salted peanuts (or regular peanuts with a teaspoon of added seasalt)
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped into pieces
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon butter
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
You start off with either your favourite brownie recipe or a batch of
store bought brownie mix.
Here’s how it works:
Prepare the brownie batter and pour itno a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes and remove from the oven. Sprinkle the peanuts and chopped peanut butter cups on top and put the whole thing back in the oven for about 5 minutes more.
Now melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a bowl and add the rice crispies to the mixture. Be careful not to smush the cereal too much while mixing in.
Evenly pour the mixture over the finished brownies. Don’t forget to lick
Now the hardest part of this whole process is really to let them efrigerate for about 2 hours until they are ready to be cut into squares and devoured.
