Since I came to live at the Côte d’Azur I miss sweet potatos… I fell in love with them when I left Europe to live in the States for a while and since then I am hooked to these bright orange lumps of yummyness.
I love them plain, baked, cooked, in a casserole and especially – as fries.
I never attempted to make sweet potato fries myself before so they were a rare treat when eating out at restaurants but the lovely Sara and Kate over at Our Best Bites offered such a detailed description of the process that I was tempted to give it a try. And it worked out great!
